In your response letter, dated October 24, <br />2014, which was received by our office on October 27, 2014, you requested that the application <br />be forced complete. Please clarify whether you are expecting us to schedule a public hearing <br />within 60 days from October 27th, 2014, or whether you will be submitting a timeline extension <br />for a later hearing date. I recommend the latter because a hearing during the holidays is <br />challenging for the public process; moreover, your submittal is still lacking the required <br />information necessary to adequately review this application. <br />For example, we believe some of this information, particularly with regard to compatibility, is <br />still lacking consistency and adequate consideration. Further, I did not receive all of the <br />information referenced in you October 24th letter. I only received Attachments 3a, 4, 10, 14, 15, <br />16, and 17.
