JANISCH Amy C
From:
Kathy Ging <kathy@kathyging.com>
Sent:
Monday, November 10, 2014 11:00 PM
To:
TAYLOR Becky G
Subject:
Additional questions about Crossfire application including - name of owner?
Attachments:
Crossfire-4060 W AMAZON DR.pdf
I talked with the Realtor who had listed the Crossfire church on 2+ acres on 4060 W. Amazon a couple years ago.
(Attached is the property profile for the property; it is not the RMLS listing.)
Apparently, per his info, Crossfire ASSUMED THE DEBT of the Calvary Church. The listing was on the market for a
while but did not -sell-.
I did not want to pry so I am not privy to the exact details - the Realtor listing agent had been a member of the Calvary
Church, not Crossfire.
The man who used to be the Calvary pastor is no longer in the area.
When Aaron Taylor stated in front of almost 100 people that he had put a $90,000 lien on his personal residence to
purchase the subject property, I might deduce that
it was a down payment on the SE Eugene church property, but I do not know the details.
IT IS NOT CLEAR WHY CALVARY still has its name on the attached property profile - I would generally
assume that the bank would have wanted to have the entity to which loan was transferred to
show some qualifying info and to substitute its name.
Or it could be that the loan was assumed but Calvary has underlying responsibility. I do not sell commercial property
but am raising again a question as to the exact ownership
of the subject property and whether the correct name has been submitted on the permit app for a cell tower - or not.
Again, I think you should check at Oregon State to find out what the exact name of the Crossfire Church is - it
may differ from the name registered at Lane County Dept. of Assessment and Taxation.
It is not unusual for Lane County to not have the exact correct info about the property ownership. Or it could be that
Crossfire assumed Calvary name?
I leave it in your hands to do the discovery.
Kathy Ging, M.A., G.R.I.
541-342-8461
Email: kathv c(~i,kathvaing com
