University of Missouri at Columbia and has spent 30 years in the planning profession. He is experienced in all <br />phases of community development, management, administration, comprehensive planning, zoning and <br />subdivision regulations, site planning, and planning commission member training. Mr. Lang spent 18 years in <br />municipal government and as such has invaluable insights into the key elements of municipal management <br />and growth. For five years, Dan served as Chapter President of the Missouri Chapter of the American Planning <br />Association. In 2002 he was honored to receive the Distinguished Leadership Award from the Missouri Chapter <br />as one of only several persons to ever receive the award. Lastly, he has worked on seven projects which have <br />received an Excellence in Planning award. <br />12 <br />
