relevant or applicable here, and to the extent they are, those findings under EC 9.7735(2) and EC <br />9.8065(2) are incorporated herein by reference as demonstration that this criterion is met. <br /> <br />EC 9.8865(2): The proposed zone change is consistent with applicable adopted refinement <br />plans. In the event of inconsistencies between these plans and the Metro Plan, the Metro <br />Plan controls. <br /> <br />The entire subject area is being removed from the applicable adopted refinement plan area, as <br />discussed above. Therefore, the above criterion is inapplicable. <br />EC 9.8865(3): The uses and density that will be allowed by the proposed zoning in the <br />location of the proposed change can be served through the orderly extension of key urban <br />facilities and services. <br /> <br />The subject area is currently served with a full range of key urban services and facilities as defined in <br />the Metro Plan.
