In this case, the statutory 120- <br />day rule and local code timelines have been extended cooperatively or quite some time, since late October, to allow <br />the preparation of responsive materials for a complete application. Yet again, the applicant has requested another <br />week, which is fine, but assuming the application materials come in next Friday, the 120-day clock would start <br />immediately without an opportunity for staff to review the revised/additional materials.
